Scientists are mapping the genomes in cancer tissue, hoping to find the way to battle difficult-to-cure cancers, according to Bloomberg.

A decade after the first human genome was mapped, doctors are using gene sequencing to treat a variety of illnesses and diseases.

New technology allows doctors to map an individual?s tissues ? an aid in battling one-of-a-kind childhood diseases and cancers. ?Doctors say the new technology is transforming the medical world.
